Recently, in the production workshop of Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd. in Youxi County, Fujian, scenes like this have shocked many.

As the first in our province to achieve unmanned transfer workshops from coarse yarn, fine yarn to winding and finished yarn, Shunyuan Textile has taken solid steps from automation to intelligent production. From manufacturing to "smart" manufacturing, Shunyuan Textile's transformation fully demonstrates a "high-tech style", reflecting the ten-year growth journey accompanied by the Construction Bank.

"In the process of upgrading from traditional manual to automated intelligent systems, labor costs have been reduced by 40%-60%, and production efficiency has increased by 30%." Zheng Zunrong, General Manager of Fujian Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd., said happily. In June 2020, Fujian Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd. invested 230 million yuan to introduce imported equipment such as Su La Qing combing and spinning machines, Swiss Rieter combing machines, and German ZL fine winding machines, creating a fully intelligent digital workshop with 65,000 spindles. It officially reached production on December 10, 2020, becoming the first fully intelligent spinning workshop in the province.

This workshop also utilizes the 5G technology of a network company to create the "Fujian Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd. - Spinning MES Cloud System". "The system can automatically collect, compile, and report, greatly reducing labor input." It is reported that this spinning EMS cloud system imported from Germany was also selected as a typical case of enterprises going to the cloud by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in May 2021.

"The Construction Bank is the first bank to provide us with credit support, injecting a 'strong heart' into our digital upgrade," Zheng Zunrong said. As the first financial institution to support Shunyuan Textile, the Construction Bank's Youxi branch has been providing comprehensive services such as credit and settlement since 2011, with the first financing exceeding 400 million yuan, supporting the construction of enterprise bases, expanding production, and technological innovation, helping the enterprise grow into a leading textile company in the local area.

The financial services of the Construction Bank have enabled Shunyuan Textile to achieve industrial transformation and truly reap the benefits. "Our factory has expanded from three workshops to now six workshops, greatly enhancing production capacity," Zheng Zunrong said. Currently, the company has built a production line for 300,000 spindles of high-performance multifunctional fiber blends and a doubling workshop (equivalent to 60,000 spindles of capacity). The company has achieved seamless integration of digital, networked, and intelligent connections in its main processes.
